Steve Marinak, founded MSSi in 1993, 19 years ago, with the vision of creating a service-oriented business to support Florida’s IBM AS/400 customers. 7 Years prior to this Steve was an Account Manager for the largest IBM Business Partner firm in the United States. During the mid-1980’s he worked for the IBM Product Center selling the original IBM PC. Steve graduated from the University of South Florida with a business degree in MIS.
Brooke O’Grady is the voice of Midrange. She has been with MSSi for 14 years. Brooke runs the office, processes the orders and tracks the whereabouts of your machines. She has the uncanny ability to find obscure detailed customer history records in seconds. If there is ever an issue with an IBM invoice, missing license key, etc. you definitely want Brooke on your side. She knows how to navigate the IBM processes better than anyone. Brooke is originally from New Jersey and attended University of Miami.
Sherri has spent the last twelve years providing customer-driven IT solutions for Midrange Support & Service customers, throughout Florida. She has delighted our customers year after year and is truly an “Account Manager” in the most professional sense of the term.
In 1986, Sherri transferred to the IBM West Palm Beach Branch Office. Throughout her fourteen years in the Branch, she held positions as Midrange Systems Engineer, AS/400 Marketing Specialist, and IT Services Specialist. During her time in West Palm Beach, she received numerous awards for providing exceptional customer service and the coveted “IBM Golden Circle” award for Marketing excellence.
The MSSi technical team consists entirely of former IBM employees. These technology experts hold and maintain multiple IBM professional certifications. IBM has awarded both Champion Solutions Group and MSSi the distinction of “Premier Business Partner”, designating us as a leader among its peers. Exceptional support, legendary service… It’s our name.
